2. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

Mava FX is a technology and market analysis platform. It is NOT registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor with any regulatory authority including the SEC, CFTC, or FCA. All analyses, signals, and recommendations are strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

3. HIGH RISK WARNING

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and leveraged financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you. Losses can exceed your initial deposit. No AI model or algorithm can predict future market movements with certainty. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mava FX, its founders, developers, and affiliates bear zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including trading losses, margin calls, account liquidation, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of this platform.

5. THIRD-PARTY DATA

Mava FX uses third-party data feeds including Twelve Data for market data and Anthropic for AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uptime of these services. Trade losses caused by inaccurate or delayed data are not our liability.

6. PROP FIRM DISCLAIMER

Mava FX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with FTMO, MyForexFunds, The5%ers, or any proprietary trading firm. Use of Mava FX does not guarantee passing any prop firm challenge. You are solely responsible for adhering to your prop firm rules.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

AI-generated analysis and coaching reports are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors or outdated information. They should never be the sole basis for any trading decision. Always conduct your own due diligence.

8. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, UI design, AI prompts, branding, and code are the exclusive property of Mava FX. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. USER CONDUCT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Bots, scrapers, or security breach attempts will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA

Trade journal entries and performance data are stored securely and not sold to third parties. Anonymised usage analytics may be collected to improve the platform. Contact support to request data deletion.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Mava FX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of your primary operating jurisdiction. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or local courts as applicable.
